Supply chain development refers to the strategic and operational activities carried out by our Integrated Logistics department to effectively and efficiently meet the needs for supplies, materials and interconnection accessories for your power generation, transportation or distribution projects. We assist in the qualification and development of local or international suppliers to have on site what is needed, when it is needed and with the quality that is needed. We implement quality assurance from factory to site and prepare risk mitigation measures associated with the environmental and geographic conditions of the site.
